OK, when there are permission changes extensions are suspended until the users accept the new permissions, which is 100% the way it should be. The message is;
XYZ extension is disabled
To re-enable it accept new permissionsÂ
- xyz permission ....
Accept Permission  Remove
Can't there be a slightly softer message like;
xyz extension has an update, new permissions are required.
Its disabled until you accept the new permissions.
- xyz permissions......
Accept Permission  Remove
Because when people see Extension is disabled, as a first line, and people today can't read or think past the first line, they think something is bad. They then want to remove it, or are afraid that the message itself might be a scam trying to scare you to click a button, so they go in and manually delete the extension. Their mind does get past "The Extension is disabled" = bad stuff.
