Good day,

I have implemented ads using google_mobile_ads 6.0.0 with Flutter which works perfectly on Android. Test ads doesn't work on iOS and it's show:

LoadAdError(code: 1, domain: com.google.admob, message: Request Error: No ad to show., responseInfo: ResponseInfo(responseId: null, mediationAdapterClassName: null, adapterResponses: [], loadedAdapterResponseInfo: AdapterResponseInfo(adapterClassName: , latencyMillis: 0, description: , adUnitMapping: {}, adError: null, adSourceName: , adSourceId: , adSourceInstanceName: , adSourceInstanceId: )), responseExtras: {}).

My app is verified, there's is no issue in policy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.

Please use the following help center article to understand Common reasons for ads not showing and use the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter to debug the issue.

Could you kindly provide the below information via reply to author option for further investigation:

  • app ID
  • ad unit ID

Could you try once by enabling the Ad Inspector? And then share the export request and response file generated from the Ad Inspector to us for further investigation.

Note: You can export the ad response only after you add your test device in the AdMob UI.

Thanks,

Hi,

Thank you for providing the requested information.

Upon review of your AdMob account, it has been determined that the ad unit ID (ca-app-pub-35691xxxxxx4318/85xxxx079) is not associated with the provided app ID (ca-app-pub-356xxxxxx18~34xxxx767). The aforementioned ad unit ID is associated with the app ID (ca-app-pub-35xxxxx318~17xxxx191). Please ensure the correct app ID is implemented within the code.

A sample project has been executed utilizing the specified app ID(ca-app-pub-35691xxxxx4318~17xxxxx191) and ad unit ID(ca-app-pub-356xxxxxx4318/852xxxx079), which resulted in the successful loading of ads. Could you try once with the correct IDs and confirm the results?

Thanks,

Hi,

Since you were able to display Ads when using the test bundle ID, then it's safe to assume that your code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK is correct. If you are only not able to load ads when using a particular bundle ID, then this seems to be more of an Ad serving issue rather than anything specific to the Mobile Ads SDK. Kindly use troubleshooter for further assistance on this. I see that your payment address needs to be verified in the AdMob account. We mailed you a PIN on May 22, 2025. It should take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Verify your payment address by entering the PIN we sent you. Learn more.

Let us know the if the issue still persists even after PIN is verified.

Thanks,
