Question not loading

I keep getting questions that will no longer load (browser hangs with Loading... message, I've tried both Chrome and Edge).

The questions have a custom function in Javascript that uses JSXGraph. If at any point I manage to get code that won't run (eg I've made a syntax error) then it seems to stop registering any changes in the editor. If I refresh the question it goes back to the broken version and if I close it then try to reopen it then I get the loading.. message. Regular checkpoints aren't helping as once the question decides that it no longer loads then I can't open it to restore it.

It looks like it wasn't catching the syntax error in your custom javascript function, so the whole loading routine just stopped.

I've added code to catch errors like that, and I can now load that question.
